Yes. LVP flooring, stainless appliances, fiber cement siding, and 10-foot ceilings (select models) are all standard. No upgrade packages.
Absolutely, and we encourage it. Every Foundry home passes our own quality inspection, but we fully support independent inspections by buyers.
For now, yes. Jacksonville is our focus market. We plan to expand to additional Florida markets in 2025.
